Today my friend told me he's not young anymore. I offered him my drink which I can't finish and don't want it to go wasted but he reply saying, "tak mau r..pening campur2 air..im not tat young anymore" "dah tua...". He's younger than me and yet this is the response and of course I was surprise. Maybe some people 'grow' old earlier than others.
I find that happened more for those who already married. They may be younger than me but they 'feel' old. Could it due to the family burden they carry? having to take care of wife or husband and children? Some even have to take care of their in-laws whom live in the same house. Married life has more responsibilities and commitment. You are no longer having your personal space or personal time. I don't mean people should get married. I always believe in marriage if I found the right man but I've never dream or visualise how a ideal marriage life would be. I think is crazy to do that because marriage involve a lot of sacrifices, tolerance, communication and heaps of love and all the smoochy that go alone with it. I feel that, we should stay 'young' in marriage life. Feeling old will make life boring and uninteresting. Don't you think so?
