Multi-racial

Somehow I prefer to work in a company that has multi-racial staff instead of 1 dominant race. I find that people who works in multi-national company or a company that have a balance of Chinese, Malay and Indian thinks differently. They are more open-minded, rational, diplomatic and sensitive.
