Work for Passion or Money?

Work for passion or work for money? This question has been thrown to me several times and I finally stop and really think about it. At this point, most people work for money and forego their passion. There are those a few lucky ones who gets good money and love their work.

Personally I believe it's important to work for money and passion. However, lately I sided $$$$$ money more because I know I will ended up with more work and responsibilities. So, it's better to get paid the salary that justify the responsibilities. I'm not a person who go after big titles (and it makes it so much harder to fit into 1 line in a small business card too) but work should be challenging and interesting.
