Sometime when you buy a house, you will be worried if the workmanship is good or bad. You will worried if your house starts to cracks within a few months or after a year. Worried of a lot of possibilities and hoping the defacts started late.
Well, after a year, my house started to have paiping problem. The main drain which the water flow in my bathroom sink stuck and it's getting worse. No point DIY because it doesn't solve. I need a plumber badly but where to find a good plumber here? Here, every Tom-Dick-and-Harry can advertise themselves as plumber without qualitfied expertise. Well, it's time to search online directory for one. Hopefully I pick the reliable person who doesn't cheat me or charge me a bomb!
