For the past 1 month, my migraine has came back to torture me again. It always happen middle of the night when I was half way sleeping. whenever my migraine attacks, I would woke up and the pain is just unbearable. I have to take my high dose pills and suffer the pain for at least 1 to 1.5 hours before it goes away. Sometimes it took me more than 8 hours so you guess it right, I have to take more pills. I wish I can swallow more than the max required pills so my pain can go away but I have to remember the dose allow. So, I'll just have to bear the pain. It always fill like my head is about to explode...
My friend said I overwork and I think too much work. He's not happy when I help my friend free of charge. Somehow it makes me fill guilty because he means the world to me and I don't want to go against his advice. I know he just want me to rest and sometimes it's very difficult for me to turn down a helping hand...although it may be people using me...using my brain to be exact.
As I'm writing this entry, I'm suffering from migraine.
