Today my printer died!

After 5 years with HP officejet 7210, today my printer died! Well, it's y fault...I forgot to on the printer before I change the cartridge that it jammed the wire. The worse part is that it can't function with 1 functional catridge. That's not friendly, right? this means i have to fork out money to buy a new printer. I do a lot of printing and scanning so a all-in-one printer is important for me.

After researching the net, I shortlisted a few model to check further. They are OfficeJet 5600, OfficeJet 7300, Officejet 6500 wireless (I hope is available in Malaysia) and OfficeJet 7500. All models cost over One Thousand Ringgit. That's goes my bonus for this year.

I have a little bonus this year curtesy of my company and I appreciated it. Despite the bad economy and poor sales, my CEO still decided to gave staff who performance throughout 2009 a little bonus. It's not much but everyone was pleasantly surprised and overjoy about it. Looks like I have to re-plan my budget because a all-in-one is more important than a dining table. Yup, I still don't have a dining table in my house. Sad, right?

Recently, my best friend has been nagging me a lot for helping someone for free. According to him, this friend of mine is well established and doesn't need my help. He can just pay someone to do the work and I don't have to stay up helping him on top of my stressful workload. My best friend is more angry that I did for free when I don't have enough to survive till month end. I need all the extra cash and financial asisstance I could get at the moment. I know my best friend is right. I don't need to help him because he can just pay someone to do it. Unfortunately, I don't know how to say 'No' and I pity people too easily, forgeting that people are rich and I'm just a middle income person who's trying to stretch my salary till month end.
